Children’s University Activities – BOOKING REQUIRED
These activities are free to attend, but children must have a CU Passport to Learning. These are available from the Upperthorpe Library for £3.50, They will also be available from Zest at the sessions. For more information please visit the Library or www.sheffieldcu.blogspot.com
You must book for these activities as there are limited spaces. Please contact David McNeil (contact details below) at Zest to book. You will receive a ticket to confirm your booking.
All activity sessions last 1 hour unless otherwise stated on the calendar. Our activities are all ‘Open Access’ – This means they are free to attend and there is normally no need to book in advance All we ask is that you fill in a ’participant registration’ form on your first visit. Ages 6 and under must be accompanied by an adult. Ages 8 and under must be dropped off and collected by an adult. No restrictions on ages 9 and above.
Many of our activities are held outside. Should it rain heavily, we will try to find an alternative space indoors but this may not always be possible. Please make sure your children are dressed suitably for wet or messy activities.
Please ensure children bring water, sun-cream, and appropriate clothing for the weather for outdoor activities
Our activities are aimed at 5-11 year olds and their families, however we are very flexible and will try to accommodate younger or older siblings.
